The classic of the ZEHA Berlin series „Urban Classic“ is a calfskin-shoe which assimilates the foot with its leather lining and its leather sole. The ZEHA Berlin Chelsea Boot consists in upper leather and lining of calfskin and for the sole certified cowhide leather is used. The elaborately tanned, waxed and for finish brushed upper leathers give the shoe the special haptic. The lining made out of soft calfskin enables the foot to breathe, in combination with the pure leather sole the shoe adjusts the foot within a short time. The timeless cut of the Chelsea Boot is manifacured on slim lasts. A distinctive, delicately nuanced colour selection in smooth leather and suede complete the casual of the ZEHA Berlin Urban Classic Collection.
Founded in 1897 in Weida, Germany, ZEHA had its beginnings as a traditional leather shoe factory under Carl Hässner. During the wild 20s, it proceeded with an assured sense of style to a coveted "shoe-object" for artists and bohemians. Due to the German division, in 1948 the company focused its core competencies in the prestigious sports area.
| In 2006, a corporate reorientation took place. With the Urban Classic collection the production of timeless leather shoes, classic at contemporary cuts, as well as extravagant designs inspired by the twenties in an integral finish, is incorporated. In retrospect to 114 years of company history, ZEHA Berlin also meets the zeitgeist of today with its subtle but effective gradations.
Female Chelsea smooth leather cognac as well as Chelsea suede grey male are available at Zeha-Shop.de. More colour tonings are to be found at the ZEHA Berlin Stores. ZEHA Berlin creates different colour finishes seasonally.
