„Picture of her“ (working title) tells the story of the desperate inner conflict of the fundless artist Victor. Victor starts a relationship with the successful business woman Charlotte. Despite of Charlottes initial rejection, they end up meeting each other regularly at Victors studio. At once, a deep passion between them occurs.

Without any basement on business, the shared moments are hardly bearable for Charlotte. When he starts painting a picture for her, she starts paying him for it. The initial seduction of the money is followed quickly by an dependency. Soon he is forced to understand that Charlotte persues another totally different objective. Victor becomes the object of the obsessions of Charlotte.

Pee Wee Horris, Oliver Köppel and Janna Schwab produce „Picture of her“ as a classical motion picture under their own steam and by their own means. The film location is the Mica Moca Berlin, a temporary art space in Berlin Wedding. Official outfitters are Esther Perbandt and ZEHA Berlin.

Direction, production

As a director and author, PeeWee Horris spreaded his creativity in his motion picture „EQ (2009), numerous filmlets and documentaries. In his own artistic understanding, he deals with serious and delicate issues such as Jew homicide, child maltreatment or fears. On one hand, his films are perceived as shocking and provoking, on the other hand they attract with philosophic and figurative aesthetics. A special view and an artistic handling with feelings are representative for his works. PeeWee Horris is an independent artist and producer as well a freelance editor for television productions. He is a member of the German Associations of stage direction, the Bundesverband Regie (BVR).
