Round two for the phenomenal PAPPBRILLE paper glasses from Berlin: Head designer Cantemir Gheorghiu presents Pappbrille "Lace".
Paper-á-Porter founder Cantemir Gheorgiu and his business partner Marc Aurel Hartung have been well known by selling PAPPBRILLE glasses made of cardboard and punched out of scrap paper with the statement "You've got the look". Now they've developed PAPPBRILLE LACE, a new finish for the fashion accessories that are affordable to everyone. Pappbrille Lace paper glasses are covered with lace fabrics in a laser process.
The top lines of PAPPBRILLE really consist of lace-fabrics that fill your lens. The delicate fabric allows for visibility, but does not let have a look behind the facade. It is remarkable, staged, but seems mysterious. After presenting the Pappbrille Lace at Fashion Week Berlin, 19 January 2011, the cardboard glasses LACE are now available for consumers.
PAPPBRILLE LACE is available in 6 different designs for male and female at www.pappbrille-shop.de
